John Mann - Farm Manager
John's passion for horses goes as far back as he can remember. He has been breeding, owning and racing horses for over 30 years and it is through his own personal experiences that he has developed an understanding of client needs which he brings to his role as Farm Manager.
With a background in Chartered Accountancy, specialising over the last 25 years in insolvency, John's business acumen is evidenced in Tosca Farm's professional operations.

If John isn't out there fixing a fence, a water pipe, feeding the horses, or on the tractor maintaining the pasture; you will find him in the office, attending to all the administration needs to keep the farm running smoothly, the clients and their horses happy.
Tim Mann - Farm Hand and Grounds Keeper
Tim Mann (pictured on the left) has been interested in the horse racing industry all his life. Over the years he has had shares in race horses and worked in the industry at various training facilities. He keeps a close watch on the race stats to ensure Tosca Farm keeps up to date with the up coming champions on the track.
Tim ran a successful business in the Gold Coast specialising in Car Detailing. Recently selling his business to move to the Barossa Valley, he has brought some beneficial business and marketing knowledge to Tosca Farm.
Tim works along side John taking care of the horses, preparing the yearlings for sales and also works with the vet during breeding season in the crush.
Tim also helps to maintain the property, pastures and gardens. His attention to detail and hard working attitude is a great asset to Tosca Farm.
Bruno - Head of Security
Bruno takes on the role of ensuring all the horses are safe in their paddocks or stable. If something needs tending to and you are not around, rest assured Bruno will let you know. Bruno has been a hard worker here at Tosca Farm Since the farm was established and we all admire his efforts.
